Commissioning

Our Commissioning services include:

• Production of Project Commissioning Plan – Creation of a complete commissioning plan at the start of all projects, keeping project specification and end user in mind at all times to ensure the new installation meets the requirements in terms of performance and safety.

• Production of Project Commissioning Procedures – Creation of a comprehensive and complete set of commissioning procedures to allow for thorough testing and verification of all site functionality prior to handover.

• Production of ITP’s – We produce our own ITP’s/Installation Checklists for all projects to confirm that all installations meet the project requirements in terms of performance and safety.

​​

• Management of Commissioning Activities – Management of all onsite commissioning activities, including pre commissioning and subcontractor SAT, to ensure a new site is fully commissioned ready for handover to the client.

​​

• Management of FAT – We can organise and manage CFAT’s on behalf of the client or contractor, interrogating the new system to ensure all snags and issues are raised and corrected prior to site installation.
